Hello, my name is Paul Do. I'm the author of I Buy Houses: The Property Investor's Handbook. I Buy Houses provides budding and existing property investors with both the ‘when’ and ‘how’ of property investment. It explains how the principles of value investing apply to property ensuring readers only purchase property when the price is right. The handbook also covers the property-buying and the property-management process ensuring readers know the how-to of property investing. Readers are encouraged to spend more time doing research rather than inspections as most buyers do. The SYSTEM T® approach to property investing also provides readers with a framework for building a real estate portfolio. Illustrated with plenty of diagrams to explain financial concepts and case studies to inspire and warn readers and written by an experienced property investor, I Buy Houses is the handbook for property investors.
